No external links to home page in Webmaster Tools

For the last 4 or 5 days or so, Webmaster Tools has not shown my home page ("/") in the external links section.

The site still shows up top in serps for the site name, and a link:www.sitename.com still shows links so I'm guessing it is not a penalty.

It sound like a bug to me, but would be interested to know if anyone else is seeing this?

There were originally a lot of bugs in the link data after the new Webmaster Tools interface was launched [webmasterworld.com], but most of them were cleared up within a few days. It does sound like you are seeing a newer bug, and I also would like to hear from any others who are seeing this.
