You paid for a script, which Google disapproves of. It gives you an unfair advantage in search results. Google does not want people paying for scripts and links to rise their search engines results.

I don't think it's a technical problem with script itself that is causing your violation notice in WebmasterTools.

More likely you are being warned that the way you are USING the script violates the Google Guidelines. If it is automatically generating pages in some way, then the content of those automatic pages is the problem. My guess is that NONE of these pages will make it into Google, unless they contain original content.

Here's one guideline that you might be violating, depending on how you use the script:

Google will take action against domains that try to rank more highly by just showing scraped or other auto-generated pages that don't add any value to users. Examples include:
...Auto-generated content: Content generated programatically.

I think tedster may have identified your problem ...

... it kind of was obvious though when you said:

2 month ago i put this script

followed by:

i have more that 10,560 pages in google index

;)

Automated gets a frown. :(
Original gets a smile. :)

Dynamic sites do use scripts. Just make sure the script you are using is not one on the verbotten list!
