Links to the Same URL with a Different Anchor

Curious about opinions here. I've been seeking links on keyword targeted sites and wondered about the strength of more than one link going to the same url.

Example:

Page about red widgets; anchor says "How To Make Red Widgets" ---link goes to red-widgets.htm

Another page in which the anchor says "How Much Do Red Widgets Cost?" ---link goes to red-widgets.htm

Both articles are on the same subject but they cover a different angle. Would the anchor text strength be treated similar with both articles?

A little clarification please. Your examples both use the same url (red-widgets.htm) but then you mention "both articles". Do you mean that the same URL displays a different article depending which link you click?

I think he means the IBLs are in 2 different articles (e.g., example1.com/How-To-Make-Red-Widgets/ and example2.com/How-Much-Do-Red-Widgets-Cost/), linking to the same page on his site (e.g., example.com/red-widgets.htm).

Its fine, your diversifying your anchor and it looks more natural to google.
