Is this step in the right direction , or do webmaster's feel there needs to be a greater level of communication ?

All efforts to have this very unfair filtration of my website lifted have been fruitless and I've been trying to fix this problem for two or more years, with absolutely no response or acknowledgement from Google... Maybe it's time to try again.
I've been running around in circles for years trying to figure out what is so unsafe about my website. I feel like Google are watching me like I'm a lab rat, to see if I can figure out where the food is.
It's no laughing matter, this is my livelihood and Google are the most successful search engine. If I can't see what the issue is, I should be given some kind of guidance from them... even if it's just a hint to nudge me in the right direction.
Instead, just a blank wall aloof silence. I need to be told what's wrong with my website because I'll be darned if I can find anything.
