What can you do about casino sites linking to you?

Detected some casino and gambling links to one of my sites. I guess those are competitors trying to spoil our rankings.
What can you do about it?

Is there a way to indicate google you don't have anything to do with those links in order to neutralize it?

In most cases, there is no negative effect from backlinks that you don't want. But if you feel there is a problem, you can send a reconsideration request through your WebmasterTools account and explain the situation.

I can't measure the impact on my sites really so those so reconsideration request wouldn't fit this situation. However I think those links may affect your reputation and I fell uncomfortable seeing those in my logs.
