How to Track International SERPs?

I own several websites in different countries. I need to track my Google ranking for various keywords per country per site. I'm in Canada and when I do a Google search in the regional Google websites (such as Google.com.au & Google.co.uk) it is clear that Google recognizes my Canadian IP and does not give me the same results as somebody who searches from within the given country.

There must be a way around this and I'm looking for suggestions. Thanks.

We had a very good discussion about this issue last year - Seeing Country-Located Results - from outside the country [webmasterworld.com].

That thread is also included in the Hot Topics area [webmasterworld.com], which is always pinned to the top of this forum's index page.
