One of my landing pages is PR2, has links to it, but I checked today and it's not indexed anymore?
Has the page somehow been penalized and delisted, but it's retaining it's PR2. Never seen this before.

it's not necessary that only indexed pages should have PR. even if your pages are blocked by robots file but are somehow and somewhere linked from quality pages, they may still get the PR
