Google Penalty - every url comes up on the last page

Hi,
My site pages indexed by Google are put the bottom(last page).
But when I search the domain it is still on the top.
What could be the reason?

Hello polarpig, and welcome to the forums.

If every keyword search puts your site near the end of the results - and especially if your site used to rank better, then I'd look into the minus 950 penalty [webmasterworld.com] also known as the "over-optimizatioin" penalty.
