Loss of indexed pages

I noticed I had 4XX pages indexed for my site a week ago (was like this for a month or so) now its down to 3XX. The number of pages indexed is still higher then the number of pages in my sitemap. However, I am concerned with the loss of over 100 indexed pages in just over a week. (still going down) Any ideas what I can do?

You may not have any problem at all. If you read the March SERPs Changes [webmasterworld.com] thread, you'll see several similar reports.

Only worry about that number if your traffic is going down. As long as traffic is maintaining, it's more likely to be a reporting issue on Google's end of things than any real problem for you.
