Forum Moderators: Robert Charlton & goodroi
I am collecting as much data as I can in preparation for moving (and 301'ing) a current domain I own, which has high rankings and over 30 000 indexed pages, to another branded domain I own, that is much older (1998) but does not have top rankings.
I know that many of the fine members in this forum have in fact been involved in this at a high level.
Any checklists you might have, or insight into preparation and planning for this event would be appreciated :)
1. Don't do it! 30,000 301's is a nightmare!
2. Don't do it! It's suicide for your rankings!
3. Don't do it! It's massive depression for yourself!
4. Don't do it! It's your competitions best chance!
5. Start a new site on that old domain.
Any questions?! :>
