How often does Google re-index your pages ?

Hi Guys

I have my website indexed by Google.

I was wondering how often Google re-index's sites.

Eg If I make changes to my content and add new key words how long will it be before they show up in Google searches ?

It varies widely, depending on many things about the nature of the site. If it's a popular forum, news site or blog, set up to ping Google when something new is published, it can take well under an hour. If it's a small website that doesn't add content too often and only has a few backlinks, then it may take days and days and days.
