hi guys I have a website (.co.uk) which I have been working on for around 5 months now. I have a good number of links and around 7 key phrases which I am very high in both Google and yahoo for.

I can’t seem to get my page rank off zero though. it doesn’t really bother me but I just want to try working out what the problem is.

any advice welcome.

also, I am allot higher in yahoo then Google, can anyone tell me why that might be and what the difference in traffic might be, if Google gets 10,000 searches for a phrase, what would Google get

many thanks

Jon

Hello odmedia, and welcome to the forums.

First, have no concern abobut PageRank - it only changes about 4 times a year anyway. See the Hot Topics area [webmasterworld.com], which is always pinned to the top of this forum's index page.

In terms of volume, well, it's going to vary with the search terms. But most of the time I see a huge difference between Yahoo and Google for similar rankings - much more than their published "market share" numbers would indicate. Google traffic is often ten times higher than Yahoo or even more.
