One inner page is indexed but no others, not even home

Alright, i have a site that i've had live for almost two weeks now and i look on my google webmaster tools today and see it says "pages from your site have been indexed"

so i take a look and only one page got indexed and it's probably. i kid you not, the most inner page of my entire site. What i can't figure out is why this page got indexed and none of the other pages got indexed as their all interlinked multiple ways ( top navigation, side navigation, step by step links on the pages *the sites a step by step program* , footer links that link to an .xml and .html sitemap.

So i guess i don't understand how this is possible, what i'm thinking is it's possibly because of over optimising? i use the same keyword that i'm targeting in most all my header tags like widget phase one - part one , widget phase one - part 2........

and then also use it in the page's title, content, meta data, link anchor text.....

Could this be the reason or has anyone else experienced this type of thing and i'm just over analyzing it. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

also thought ide add that when i search for my site on the search engine (not using site:www.example.com) it will pull up multiple sites that have links to my site, for instance i submitted it to digg for indexing and the digg page is indexed but not my site....)

i'de figure if they crawled these pages they would of followed the links to my homepage and from their the rest of my site, but neither have occurred

same prob here.............301 redirected since i changed my domain.......some of the inner pages indexed but the home page isnt indexed.........can anyone experienced explain this and whats the solution?
