before loosing rankings, we noticed that someone was trying to hack our site but we fixed that issue and i checkd for page cloking and i have not found anything like that....
What should i do to check, Why google has penalize me?
my 3-4 keywords still are ranking between 200 to 400 (positions) on google.

Have you checked for changes to your .htaccess file and your robots.txt file? Also, how did you check for cloaking?
