Reinclusion Request and Updates

I submitted a re inclusion request on Dec 29th and haven't gotten any response. My site is still removed from the google index.

I've since made a few changes to my site. Should I send another re inclusion request outlining what changes I have made and asking them to re index my site? In the first request I didn't outline any changes made.

What would you do? How should I update Google?

Its been 5 days since some of my pages have reappeared in Google's index. Any ideas what I should do? Or will it just take more time for Google to re index the rest of my site.
I have submitted a new site map.
Will my ranks go back to where they were before I was dropped or am I starting from scratch just like a new site?

I'm back in Google's index and I have my pagerank back, however
Google is only indexing approx 1/3 of my site. I have submitted a new sitemap, although it hasn't changed. Any suggestions to get Google to index the rest of my site?

Could it jsut be a time issue?
