Enhanced image search gone?

I have a site that lives from its original images... <snip> ...but I never really checked what images are actually in Googles image search.

Then I learned about the enhanced image search, I made sure that all the images I have on the site that I would like in the image search have nice title and alt tags and joined the enhanced image search.

Now there is no - in letter NO - images of that site in the index any more. On a search in image search of site:thaidye.com I get one result and that is on a different site.

Today I went to webmaster tools to - obviously - turn this off, but the option is not there any more. Is that just for me and that site or does nobody has that option any more?

It's now called "Google Image Labeler" in my interface - and it's under the Settings tab, and no longer under Tools.

Thanks tedster!
I opted out that feature but now doubt that would restore the images back to the index, still curious what happened there.

Where are my manners? Welcome to the forums, Merlin. You may want to check out some of these helpful threads about our policies and features:

Yes, Image search can be pretty mysterious when it stops working for you. If you use our Site Search [webmasterworld.com] you'll find many threads on the topic. Unfortunately, very little success is being reported so far on fixing image search problems.
