Webmaster Tools Error Reports

I am checking my Google Webmaster logs.

I see lots of error urls like so:
http://www.example.com/&y=044601B82B2D72846D&i=482&c=33160&q=02%5ESSHPM%5BL7wvxw?mvlt%3Fjqlz%7Cjmz%7B%3Fozmlpq%7Es%3Fsp%7Eq6&e=utf-8&r=3&d=wow%7EYHOO-en-us&n=K9MKG7H32KQ4JBHT&s=1&t=&m=49341DA9&x=0517C081986D60325F1CF94A44A339D505

Does anyone know what that is and what would be causing that?

How does your server respond to those urls? And what kind of error is WMT reporting to you?

404 error

I emailed my host regarding...I don't know how my server responds.

You can use any server header checker to see the actual server response. I like the Firefox add-on called "Live HTTP Headers".

Unfortunately, my experience with tech support at hosting services has included many who are not clued in to important webmastering issues. So I've learned to be self-reliant on whatever I can be.
