Sitemap Submission - any limit on how often?

Is any fixed number that how many times i submit my website site map in Google webmaster tools.

How this two factors depend on each other?

There's no limit to how often you can submit a sitemap that I know of - but there is no relation between that factor and how much traffic you will get. Sitemaps simply give Google a list of urls they can crawl, but Google has their own algorithm to decide how often they will crawl.

Even after a url is crawled, there are other automated algorithms that decide whether that url will be included in the index. And even if it is included, there are still more algorithms that decide how high any url will rank.

Those last two factor determine your traffic, and they have no relationship to how often you submit your sitemap.
