I know I can see a results outside the country by adding "&gl=xx" parameter.
e.g. add "&gl=US" when I live outside the U.S.
(actually I do.)

I want to know country code Google uses.

The U.S. is US, the United Kingdom UK, and Canada CA.
I live in Japan.
Its official country code is JP but google seems to use JA instead as its country code.

Can see a list of country code Google use anywhere?

There are two different codes - one for the country (JP) and one for the language (ja). The parameter for country code is gl, and the parameter for language code is hl.

Google uses the standard ISO 2-letter codes for both language and country. Many sites contains those reference lists and they are easy to find through search - so we won't give any one of them a plug.
