Hi

i have dynamic script for my site and i want many pages of it to be removed from google, i have tried google wmt quick removal tool but no luck

if u can help me

let say i have a url like these

www.example.com/post/new_articles.php?post_id=2&jtype=new
www.example.com/post/new_articles.php?post_id=2
www.example.com/post/new_articles.php?post_id=55

in simple i have urls in which this string is common "new_articles.php?"

i tried submitting these urls in google wmt

www.example.com/post/new_articles.php?
www.example.com/post/new_articles.php

but it removes only the above two mentioned urls

what can i do so that all the urls following this string get removed using google wmt.

To inform u these pages are turned to 404 from two months but google not removing them so i want to remove them quickly.

The way the removal tool is currently configured, I don't think you can do what you want. However, you can block those urls in robots.txt. While it takes a bit longer than a removal request, those urls will drop out of the index, all except those that have backlinks may hang around in the search results as "url-only".
