If for example a lot of bloggers link to webmasterworld official website with same words ; it will be front page for that word?
the answer is NO !

i think that each ip can only link with example keyword to a website JUST ONE TIME ! (in last google updates)
Google don't count other blogs back links to webmasterworld official website because of all bloggers that linked to it , has a same server IP (blogger or wordpress)
but this is unfair !
all bloggers have a good orginal content about search engine marketing news ...
Google don't count them !

If google want to block bombs and spamers , so he can see that how much weight Outbonder have for that certain anchor text that linked with it to webmasterword official website.
for example if a page has a good rank point for "webmaster" , so if it linked to webmasterword with "webmaster" ; google must count it and don't attention to outbounder server ip !
i know that "webmaster" Bombers and spamers can not make a lot of pages with a good rank point per "webmaster" keyword and naturally really good original and relevant pages just have a good rank for "webmaster" , if they link with it to webmasterword official website , Google must count them and don't stick to his IPs ...
