These days Google does not really have any "schedule" for updating. Large volumes of results are constantly in a state of flux, and even the more serious changes tend to happen in a less dramatic way, and more frequently when in the past when we had hurricane-style naming of updates.
If you're waiting for something to happen, this is both good and bad - you can influence results much more quickly than in the past, but at the same time dramatic change may require a bit more of an incremental wait.
