Strange google IP looking at my site: ya-out-f136.google.com

My logs are showing this:

ya-out-f136.google.com

What's the concensus on this? Is this a bot, a human evaluator or just a bored google employee hitting the web?

maybe the ya means some sort of Yahoo test?

I'd check the IP address and see if it belongs to Google. My guess is that it does, but it helps to rule out scams by verifying the IP.
