Whoops! My auto-generated sitemap had messy URLs, whereas my site uses clean URL rewriting. Now google is eating all my messy URLs form the sitemap. I resubmitted a corrected sitemap right away, but it appears some of the damage has already been done. Will this cause duplicate content issues? How will I clean this up?
