Graybar - Myths and Facts

I was wondering what comprised myths and facts about the TBPR graybar, so here's my thoughts to kick things off . What's yours :

- sometimes it just doesn't update
- it relates to URL's that have not yet indexed
- it relates to a spam sites that are out of google's main index for infringing guidelines
- it relates to supplementary pages

I've got one of those, got downgraded in Jan to a PR0 but its also been sat at number one for the 3 years - I gave up looking TBPR about the same time I started ignoring everything MC Say's

we have several examples of this on content light pages with links on them, plus several pages that have loads of original content on them and hardly any links offpage.

there doesnt seem to be any set pattern
