Why does google ban a website. I have got almost 200 sites ban in one day( just 3 days back).
Here are some issues regarding the sites,
1. All the sites are small having around 100 pages.
2.Contains only information and google adsense running on them.

Thanks in advance.

Hello bala, and welcome to the forums.

Google may feel your sites do not offer unique and valuable content, but that they exist only to make Adsense income. That's the kind of thing that their human editorial review looks for.

At a conference last year, Matt Cutts expressed doubt that one person could create and maintain 60 quality websites (quality by Google's definition), and you're talking about many more than that.

bala - If your sites all got banned in one day, then it's likely they share some common factors that got them penalized. Common hosting, common inbound link sources, duplicated content, and cross linking immediately come to mind.

Bala, it appears that Google thinks that you are running some kind of network (I don't know how many employees you have but it is humanly impossible for one person to even manage 200 sites what to say of updating them) that is designed to manipulate search engine rankings through crosslinking. You say that sites "Contains only information and google adsense running on them" it is likely that Google thinks that this content is "useless." You might also want to be on the watch out for being thrown out of AdSense if you are violating TOS.

Bala,

My site (about 3 months old) was at about 700-900 Google visits per day but suddenly just a few days ago (Sept 19th, traffic went way down on my site). I don't have any other sites, so Google's Editors must be considering my content worthless I guess. I also have Adsense advertisements.

By the way, here is the post I added today about this:

I am totally surprised by watching some observations about my site today.
If you search sentences of my site in double quotes
"abc..................................................."

Now if I search this in google I found 4 different sites (mainly blogs) which comes in google search and i do not find my site there though this content is of my site.
which indicates that these other sites have copied or may be someone has posted some blogs by copying my content and searc engine has recognized that our content is copied. How is this possible.]
The same thing is with other sites also.
Now the question is if someone else is copying my content then how my site is out of search engine.
Most interesting thing is these blogs are very new just one-two months old. and my site is 1 year old.
This is really amazing!
