Can Yahoo PPC feeds damage Google organic rankings?

I was considering working with someone who uses PPC search arbitrage and I was unsure if PPC traffic sent to my site that pulled up yahoo ppc feeds on my pages along with the rest of my regular ecommerce site could do damage to my Google organic rankings. or my yahoo organic rankings for that matter.

If you understand my question, please let me know.

Not that I've ever heard of. PPC feeds are disconnected from what the spider sees because they are generated by a javascript call - so they're not part of the criteria that the page is ranked by organically.

does anyone else want to weigh in?

I you send google adwords to your own site as usual, but on your landing page their are ads for google adwords or yahoo ppc feeds mixed in with your normal clean content do you run the risk of google penalizing you from their organic listings because they feel you are abusing the system but serving ads on your landing page of their ppc clicks.
