Images Indexed later got De-indexed

Hi, I have a website. 2 days ago Google Indexed Images of my site & I start receiving Image Traffic. But After 2 days It got De-Indexed..

Why?

Please Help me.

Hello wwe_fan and welcome to the forums.

Google has nearly 1 million different servers. Their data exisits in many copies spread around all their data centers, and those copies are not all in synch. Every search you do can be routed to a different server, so you can see a newly indexed result one time but not yet at all times. New data needs to propagate around all the datacenters.

That would be my first take on your situation - give it some time before hitting the panic button.
