A question which Im not sure about, I got a site, which I now want translated to another Language, but everything els will be the same, means pictures, design.... just body text and title, meta will be changed to another language, but could I get in trouble, like maybe supplemental results/ dublicated content.

Most of what the search engines look at is the words; so provided there are enough of them, then common non-word stuff will be sufficiently diluted.

Do use appropriate language page <titles>, ALT text and meta tags, however.

No onw knows what will happen a few years in the future.

Duplicate content means the same content on multiple pages. If it's not the same language, it's not the same content. Hence, not duplicate content.

If it's a different language, I don't see how it can be duplicate content. For instance, most sites have the same template on every page, the only difference is the content, so if your content is different, you should be fine. I wouldn't worry about it :)

God bless,

Since 1998 Google's focus has been on the User experience, and since the average user is fluent in only one language, and translated pages tend to appear only in the Serps for that country, it follows that they should not be seen as duplication.
The few translated pages that I have are ranking ok.
