Systemdoctor virus installed redirects

Looks like systemdoctor has attacked our website and installed redirects on lot of our pages. Looks like this is the cause of our website being penalized by google. We ranked on page 1 for most of our kws and now have dropped to 4th, 5th and 6 pages. Even our domain w/o .com is on 4th page. Please help.

Three basic steps:

1. Clean up the site
2. Find and patch the security holes that allowed your server to be hacked
3. Use a Webmaster Tools reconsideration request to explain what happened and how you fixed it

You've got to get past this to find out. But if you know of any guidelines infractions with your site, you should fix those too before asking for reconsideration.
