Some URLs listed in this Sitemap have a high response time. This may indicate a problem with your server or with the content of the page.
My pages have very little code and are majority content . I doubt there is a problem with my server as it is only picking up 3 pages.
The message you are seeing is not about "page load speed", which could involve many issues [webmasterworld.com], including too many external files, poorly configured e-tags, and so on. Instead it focuses on just one element - the server's response time. That's the time between a user-agent request and the server's reply, sending the source code.
This metric doesn't even get into what happens when that source code is rendered. It's all about server tuning and how well the server deals with it's load.
Sometimes this warning message shows up an then goes away. There could be many temporary factors that made response time slow at the time googlebot spidered. So just take it as a friendly note that something might be less than optimal in the server configuration, or that the current hosting may not be adequate for the load that is present at times.
