Does linking to internal Grey-Bar pages hurt PR and Rankings ?

Quick questions to all,

I have a website that has been severely kabashed from June 4th Google debacle.

On this website, I have quite a few Grey-Bar (No PR) pages, that are linked from the main page. During the recent PR update, my PR for my main site dropped from PR 3 to PR 2. 2 follow-up questions:

1) Will linking to these internal Grey-bar pages have the effect
of hurting my rankings ? All of these Grey-bar pages are found
in the Google index (i.e., they are not banned).

2) Will removing these internal links to these Grey-Bar pages
(by removing these web pages) have an effect of increasing
my PR (for the next update) from my main website page ?

Thanks in advance,

Doug

1. No
2. No

You get a PR increase by getting more links from other sites that point to your site.
