Why does the new delicious.com already show TBPR?

Del.icio.us has now relaunched under Delicious.com.
[blog.delicious.com...]

I understand old del.icio.us is 301 redirected to new delicious.com.
What I don't understand is its PageRank showed on Google toolbar.
Its has PR 9 the same as before.

I know 301 redirect transfers PR, too.
But it will take some time to complete the transition(at least several weeks?).

Del.icio.us was moved to Delicious.com just a few days ago.
And TBPR was updated a week ago.

Why has the change reflected so fast?
It would be natural TBPR will be grayed out until next update.

I can't say for sure, but when a site is so prominent that it has a PR9, then it certainly may get some special treatment - a manual change, in other words.

FYI I had a page that was unranked 2 days ago come back and rank at a PR 4. Something new with PR pushes?
