Decreasing number of links on a page and nofollow

I am changing one of our sites completely and we are looking to put the new version online in a few days.

The new pages will have fewer internal links on them, we have cut internal links up to 50% to keep as much PR as possible on each of them.

I am wondering if there is any sense to put nofollow tags on footer links to "About, etc" pages.

Any comments on this?
