I am at position 13 for my own name out of 110 results, everything above me is pages that link to me using my company name.

It is an anomaly in the logic that pages on trusted sites have more weight than other new pages. That is why it is so hard to find my plumber's website because the first few hits are on Yellow Pages or all kinds of directories that simply republish his entry in the phone book.
