I did a redirect on my old domain to a new one.
New domain uses rewriten URL's like: domain.com/category/article.html

Strangest thing started happening few days ago, for a title of my brand new article I get results from new and OLD domain !
It seems impossible, but its happening.

I use description tag so google lists it in the SERPS

For an article title search google gives the new domain:
www.newdomain.com/category/articletitle.html

But also the old domain:
www.olddomain.com/_article?9866898

Something like that, query string.

New article was never put on the old domain, but somehow it lists it !
The description in the serps is also identical !

The old domain is redirects to new one, so when I click on the result I go to my new front page, but it looks like this:
www.newdomain.com/_article?9866898

The query string stays.

Will google see it as duplicate of my frontpage? And more importnatly, how in the world did my old domain catch that article when I dont even use it?

What am I to do? I guess the logical step would be to delete everything from the old domain and just leave the htaccess file with the redirect?
I need to mention that the old domain was made from some complex framework that might cause all this trouble, but again I cant figure out how.

It sounds like the redirect from the old domain to the new may not be showing a 301 - have you verified the server header is showing a 301 status?
