over the past few weeks google is gulping and indexing new pages of my site.
Its gulped and indexed over 7000 pages of which 1500 were already there. There are still about another 5000 or so more pages
Is this a good sign?
Is google trusting the site again or is this just normal google behavior?

Personally, I wouldn't consider spidering frequency to be an indicator of quality. Have you done something in particular to warrant the extra attention?

I should have qualified my earlier statement in any case - spidering frequency is not necessarily an indicator of quality (especially with Google's new for spidering).

If it's new content and it's being spidered quickly then that's got to be a good thing.

This is what throwing me as when i search for my 'domain' without.co.uk then it appears on the 3rd page which can assume is some kind of penalty yet google is rapidly crawling and indexing.
