Maybe it's just me, but it looks like Google did another round and added sitelinks for some sites.
Is anyone else seeing sitelinks coming up (new ones) for some websites?

Yes - and some added for generic keywords, too. Their tracking must tell them this has been a successful program so far.

Yes...we actually saw some success using the new "reason for removal request" box they are using, and have in fact been granted links we suggested.

I just checked and I now have three sitelinks. Hopefully this will be good for traffic. I presume that these will show up in the serps for certain keywords, right? Is there any way that I can view my sitelinks? All I see in Webmaster Tools are three links to pages that have sitelinks.

sorry elter for the slow reply...yes when we went in (through Webmaster Tools) to request that a few SiteLinks be removed, we took the opportunity to suggest other ones in the "comments" box that appeared during the removal request process. I do not claim that the ones we requested nicely in those boxes (we asked for four removals) were all added, but two of four were. I think it may have been luck more than skill, though, since the links we recommended were pretty much "no brainers" in terms of the traffic the pages were getting as well as the internal linking structures pointed to them.
