URLs not followed errors - help required

Hi there,

We have submitted a sitemap for our new site and received "URLs not followed errors"

The pages are not being listed organically on Google.

Does anyone have any ideas why we are getting these errors?

Hello deano, and welcome to the forums.

There are really only a few possibilites

1. Google's reports are buggy
2. Google had problems that were their fault technically
3. Google had problems that were your server's fault technically
4. Your sitemap had a problem (just check the urls in a browser, maybe Firefox with the user agent set as googlebot.

I'd suggest you look in your server logs to see what is happening when googlebot requests those urls.
