Why would that be?
Isn't that odd to anyone else that over half of my google search visitors are via site:www.sitename.com searches?
I have a seriously hard time any legitimate "regular" searchers are finding my site that way.
So who would it be?

If you had a well-established site, I would think about a Sitelinks search box first of all, But that's not likely at your level of traffic. How about any staff? Competitor watch dogs? Tools you might be running?
The IP address in your server logs could give you a clue.
