No backlinks in Webmaster Tools today - signal anything?

Just went to check up on the backlinks for my sites in webmaster tools and it shows the number, but does not show the list of sites anymore. Backlink update? Or glitch? Or just me?

I'd say it's a glitch - probably more than "just you" but not anywhere near to universal.
