My site with a current PR of 3 had a good listing in Google for over 10 years.
Today it's no longer available in Google's index.

This is the message in Webmaster Tools:
"No pages from your site are currently included in Google's index. Indexing can take time."

The sitemap was scanned by Google 13 hours ago and 531 pages were submitted.

The links section of Webmasters Tools shows 755 external links.

I googled for unique text phrases but got no result for my site.

Is there anything "gray hat" that you have done?

Are you sure that your website has been up and running during last couple of days?

Also check your robots.txt file if you made any changes.

You may also want to wait a few days to see it return but typically if G has a problem indexing it will still retain its oldest version till it can index the new one.

Check to make sure it wasn't hacked. You may have tons of invisible, hidden links to drug and gambling sites in your code, and you don't even know it.

That is one seriously scary possibility that could happen to any of us, which is all the more reason IMO for Google to offer more detailed feedback (however minimal it may be). The fact is, white hat sites can sometimes get hacked, and thus a legitmate siteowner can be practically ruined overnight. He/she can start to get back on track if they have at least some clue why a 10 year site is suddenly gone -- a very brief message via Webmaster Tools is all it would take.

G already does this when it's aware that a site has been hacked.

No.

Yes, I've got 200-300 visitors every day.

I didn't made any changes.

It wasn't hacked.

Now I've found in Webmasters Tools this message:
"We can't currently access your home page because of an unknown problem."

May be that there was a problem with a teaser of a blog page on the home page did it. A table tag wasn't closed.
I made the home page static about 6 hours ago.
Perhaps this will help.

I found in the Dashbord of Webmasters Tools on the right bar the link "Request reconsideration" where you can resubmit your site and write a short comment.
I did this and now I'll wait what happens.
