Now my site is PR6, how do i use it to get more traffic from google. Should i create more unique content articles etc...? or get more links with the desired keywords as an anchor?

Congratulations on a healthy PR value - I assume that PR6 is for your domain root. Lots of other sites appreciate yours enough to give you a backlink.

The most important thing you can do is make sure that your overall link structure makes deeper pages easily accessible. Make sure your pages all have unique page titles and unique meta descriptions. Also, eliminate any sources of duplicate urls that resolve to the same content. These steps alone will help to maximize your natural search traffic.

Then study your server logs, see what search terms are bringing you low-level Google traffic and see if the url they are sent to makes sense for that search. Beef it up if its ranking isn't already near the top.

Along with tedster's input, yeah, lots and lots more content. not sure of what your site is about, but as a pr6, with lots of links to you, that's pretty authoritative, use that to your advantage and expand. keep giving people what they link to you for, great content.
see if you can get your 1 or 2 word phrase visitors up to what the long tail visitor count is, or vice versa....
