Nice options for specifying words or phrases, including exclusions:

Dates, usage rights and more aren't enabled by default, and it's interesting that you don't see safe the option for Safe Search unless you expand the section. And there are now only two levels of Safe Search; there used to be three.

That really makes sense. Given some of the results I've seen coming up under "Moderate" since the roll-out of Universal Search, having three choices was a bit, shall we say, optimistic.
