What will zero links do to rankings?

Most of the links our site had were reciprocal links. We had to take down all the link pages due to them being corrupted by a hacker.

What will happen to our rankings since we do not have any links, albeit reciprocal?

We do have a few one way links etc. out there from articles we have written etc but not as many of those as recips.

We intend to put the recips back up once we find a new solution to our problem.

Comments?

Your rankings are strongly linked to INCOMING links. If by dropping your outgoing links you cause other sites to drop their incoming links to you, that could have a major negative effect on your rankings. But if your incoming links from other sites stay in place, your rankings should stay with you.

The question of rankings and outgoing links has been a matter of much debate, but it's clear than a site can rank quite well with no outbound links at all.
