Does PageRank Pass Through a Noindex Meta Tag?

Just curious - if main domain holds good PR, and the first subdirectory page has a noindex meta tag, will the subdirectory page pass the PR that it might have held to the deeper linked page?

Yes. Even with a robots noindex meta tag, the url can both accumulate and pass PageRank. However, if you add a nofollow value, then PR will accumulate but not pass.
