How To Remove MAP from SERPS?

I’m in the US. I have a business partner in the UK. I supply partner with free products to be used as prizes in competitions. In return for free products, my partner has created a “showcase page" for me on his UK website. For certain keywords this showcase page appears in Google SERPS.

Problem:
In the SERPS, above the green URL associated with this showcase page, is a “map” link to my US home address. I do not have a physical store front, only a website. People are ringing my home doorbell telling me they have seen the “map” in Google.

I need to remove this map listing. I searched Google Webmaster Help and WW but could not find anything on how to remove this map.

Any ideas?
