Several links between two pages of different sites

Hi,
I have a few sites and due to certain reasons I can't avoid linking several times from one certain page to a different one of a different site. So I'm not talking about internal linking.

As there are about ten page-to-page relationships with several links between these two sites I try to make the best of it, i.e. making it as natural and G-friendly as possible. Of course 5 Links on a page of this manner won't count as much as 5 links of/to different pages (better domains). But at least I try to make it count G as much as possible and not considering it as spam. I don't bother about PR, which will be divided up anyway.

What factors could make it useful and natural for users and G having several links on one page to the same page of a different site?

I think the amount of text could be one factor. Having a lot of text on one page and linking two times to the same page shouldn't be a problem for G. May be both will count normal (except PR).

What other things could make it acceptable and encourage the worth of these links? Location of links? Different link texts? What do you think?

Thanks,

You can link as many times as you like but to keep Google happy the best thing to do is to use the nofollow tag.

Hm, according to my question my goal is to make G AND me happy, at least "half-happy".
Sorry, but this answer is not very helpful.

Nofollow makes me unhappy, because the site is ready, made a lot of work and one purpose was to create links for search engines. Not the only one (the site has good information too), but an important one.

Even splitting the pages wouldn't help me much and it wouldn't solve the problem (and again it would be a lot of work).
