Changed a Page Title, Now My Site's Gone

Hi all ,
I own a site which was position 7 in google for a certian keyword and many others where good.

I decided to change the page title and description to match my content better,now my index page has gone. if I type my domain name without the .net other url's show up instead of my indez page...

anyone able to tell me why?

also its a fairly new site 1month old..it got in google in the first week which was awsome?

maybe Im worrying to early?

New sites often go through this process of ranking high/low and going in and out of index. I would say that do what you need to do for the sake of the reader and relax. If you are not doing anything black hat, your index page will come back.
