Tickets "toolbar" on Google search results for two destinations

I need this help on this. If I am searching two destinations "New York to London" so in the search results between paid and organic there is a widget with airline tickets help like this:

Flights from New York, NY to London, United Kingdon
Departing: Returning:
CheapTickets - Expedia - Hotwire - Orbitz - Priceline - Travelocity

I want to know how these are appearing? are they paid results?
